Valentine's Day

Hard to believe that January has already been here for a couple of weeks now…soon February will be upon us, and with that Valentine’s Day.
(for some reason it seemed when I was younger that the days passed more slowly…or is that just my age talking)
Anyway, I did a little looking around about Valentines Day, found some interesting sites, and then some that, well…um…I am not going to mention or post here.
This one gives the history of Valentine’s Day and is geared towards children, (so it is safe to look at)

 Then I thought of how many craft ideas there are for people to make if they so desire. This site seems to cover a large variety, for kids and adults;

 Of course I know some people don’t want to make anything and would rather buy items, so here are some vintage and handmade things.
The following is a little bit of this and that. Things that caught my eye. There are tons of great items out there, so when you have a little time search around, have fun.

I'm not a huge fan of Valentine's day, but I do appreciate the whole idea of love and the art people create to show it!
You have all these sweet items and then you put my card in there. LOL
Nicely done JJ. :)
