Undiscovered Shops

Ah, the thrill of the first sale, the view counts climbing higher and higher each day.  All your hard work is beginning to pay off.

Do you have your own business?  Do you remember those feelings and emotions running through you?  Wondering when that first sale will come?

Today, I wanted to share just a few “undiscovered” shops from some various marketplaces around town.  (okay, from the internet)  Today I’ll feature a couple of shops from Artfire, Etsy and Zibbet.  So click on their shop names, go wander around their shops a bit, and share the links with your friends.  Who knows, maybe their first sale will come from one of YOU!!!

Pinch Hitting For Pepper....

It really isn't my turn to do the blog post, my day was yesterday :0)

But Pepper, AKA Peppercorns2, is down with a bad headache and so....to prove I am a kind and loving sister...I offered to do her post for her....LOL!

I had actually just finished putting together a treasury on Etsy,  I used to do a lot of treasuries but since there are now 23,680 treasuries I have kind of slacked off a bit!  However, I was surfing around Etsy and found a couple of items to put in my favs...

                              Calloohcallay

                           TeaWorksCottage

Side by side in my favorite items list they looked so good together that I could not resist curating a treasury around them...

Click on each of the items in the treasury below to be taken directly to the shop, or you can visit the treasury on Etsy here...

Vintage Storage!

They say if you have more than two of something, it's a collection.  So, I guess I'm collecting metal storage boxes!
I have these three large sizes.  I use the hang tags to tell me what is inside each box.
The next two are half sizes.  I use all of these to store my paper punches, buttons and pins that are listed, buttons and pins that are waiting to be listed and smalls that are to be listed.
This is a roll top box that I store staples, paper work etc. in.
Here is a small index box I found:
It turned out to be perfect for my business cards!
Here are some I found for sale (click on photo to be taken to shop)!

I REALLY want this one!
From MoxieThrift (↑)
Okay, I REALLY want this one, too!
From  MrsRekamepip (↑)
From BlueBell (↑) (I can see a bunch of these all stacked up and holding shipping receipts, photos and postcards etc.)

Hope you enjoyed this post!

Pounce!

This week, the crew of  ACJ is featuring shops new to Etsy.  Shops awaiting their first sales.  Do you  remember your first sale and how exciting it was?

Last week, I made this  Pounce treasury of undiscovered shops (click on the word Pounce directly above  the treasury and you can see the treasury on Etsy OR click on each photo to be  taken to each shop):

Today, I'd like to draw attention to  the first two shops in the treasury!  Why?  Because the first one, Pretty Duzz,

broke the ice and purchased a card from the second one, Melley  Nelson Design giving them their first sale!  How cool is that? Thank you Brenda!  And I see Brenda is having a Fourth of July sale in her shop, be sure to check it out.

And here is the second shop, Melley Nelson Design:
Please be sure to check  out the rest of the shops in the treasury, each one is new to Etsy.

THIS just in!  Leslie from Julesandlouie is offering FREE shipping on anything in her shop through the Fourth of July!!  Use coupon code "Happy4" at time of checkout to qualify for free shipping!
Someone better snap up  this purse from Julesandlouie, because I'm loving it!:

Why not make someone's  day and be the first person to purchase from a new shop?!?!

(You can click on each banner to be taken directly to the shops or an item to be taken to that item)

Have a great and safe  holiday weekend!

Fun With Polymer Clay

Okay, I confess.  When working in my Etsy shop, I sometimes check out my circles and favorites so I can go see their circles and favorites.  I came across this polymer clay shop that I just had to go check out.  I just fell in love with all her little creations.  Check these out:
